What are the entry rules and conditions?
Entrant accepts these Official Rules, as listed below, by entering/registering for this competition.
No purchase necessary to win. Entrant does not have to be a Smokeball user to win. Entrant being a Smokeball user will not increase chances of Entrant winning. Odds of winning the Prize shall depend upon the number of Entrant submissions. A Winner will be selected at random.Eligible Entrant must both be eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally reside in the United Kingdom. Entrant must not be a current or former employee of Smokeball or of any other Legalex 2023 vendor or associated agency.
Submissions made after conclusion of Legalex2023 may not be eligible for the Prize.
Entrant ‘s acceptance of the Prize (“Winner”) in this competition constitutes the Winner’s permission for Smokeball and/or their respective designee(s) to use the Winner’s name, photograph, image (still or video), likeness, voice, audio, biographical information, statements, testimonial, submission (and/or any edited portion thereof), address (city and state), prize information, and any remarks about the Prize, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law) and every Entrant agrees to release Smokeball’s respective designees from all claims arising out of the use contained herein.
Winner will be notified by via email on December 15, 2023 of their status. Winner must reply to the email within 48 hours and confirm acceptance in order to receive the Prize. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be: reached; if it they are found ineligible; if they cannot, or do not, comply with the foregoing requirements and these Official Rules; if the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if they do not satisfactorily execute all necessary documents, the potential Winner will be disqualified. A new winner will be selected.
