Whether she’s acting as a non-executive director, an executive coach or a strategic advisor, she applies a blend of practical, coaching and systems-psychodynamic lenses to help leaders resolve the complex challenges facing them.

Her work encompasses Boards, c-Suite leaders, business owners and their teams, especially in support of individual progression, senior role transition and organisational change. She is an INSEAD alumni and a member of Group Relations Australia.
